When I first started doing community classes to build up my confidence, there were a few regular clients who would come to every class, and hearing their feedback as I develop as a teacher constantly reminds me how beautiful the inflow community is.
Tell us about your favorite post-Pilates ritual that helps you unwind and recharge.
I love moving my own body to recharge either through pole fitness, aerial silks, or Pilates.
What's the one move you love to teach & why?
Lunges! It’s inclusive to all bodies and there are so many variations. It gets the burn and heart rate going too.
What's the funniest thing you have heard clients say during your classes?
‘Are you going to carry me to the car now?’
How would your loyal clients describe your classes?
Challenging, and always a total body burn (in the best way possible).
What's your ultimate piece of advice for someone starting their Pilates journey?
Exercise for the right reasons. To feel strong in your body and empowered in your mind! Stay consistent. Listen to your body. That’s how you will fall involve with your practice!
